ATC Games does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

Microphone: ATC Games uses the microphone solely while the push-to-talk button is held. Audio is processed on the device by Apple’s on-device Speech Recognition framework. Audio is never recorded to a file, never uploaded to a server, and never transmitted off the device.

Speech recognition: Performed entirely on-device by Apple’s SFSpeechRecognizer with on-device recognition enabled. No transcripts leave the device.

Local storage: Personal best scores, level progress, play counts, premium-unlock state, and Daily Challenge streak are stored on the device using Apple’s UserDefaults. This data never leaves the device and is removed if you uninstall the app.

In-App Purchases: ATC Games offers one optional in-app purchase, “ATC Games Pro,” processed entirely by Apple. We do not see, store, or process payment information. Apple’s privacy policy governs payment data.

Game Center: If you enable Game Center leaderboards, Apple’s Game Center service handles authentication and score submission under Apple’s privacy policy. The developer of ATC Games does not receive any personal information from Game Center.

Third parties: ATC Games contains no third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking technologies.

Children: ATC Games is not directed at children under 13.
